How do cancellations and refunds work?
Guests can only modify their reservation at the time of check-in. After you check-in, you cannot receive a refund on your reservation or modify it. Please note that refunds are processed at the time of a guest’s check-out (and not when they notify our staff of the adjustment).
What is the reservation extension policy?
It is advised that you make short-term daily reservations at least 24 hours in advance, as our rates increase significantly if you attempt to make a reservation for the same day.
What if I want a private room?
We don’t have private rooms.
