What time can I check in?
Our check-in time is 2 PM each afternoon. If you arrive early, we can keep your luggage in our lobby area until your bedroom is ready.
What time do I need to check out?
Our check-out time is 12 PM. On the day of your check-out, please remove all of your belongings from your room by 12 PM and return your keys to avoid losing your key deposit. You are more than welcome to leave your luggage in our designated storage areas for the rest of the day, but please remember to remove your luggage, trash, and any personal items from the room so that the housekeeping staff can prepare the rooms for the next set of guests.
What is the address and how do I get there?
The address is Jalan Raya Katiklantang, Singakerta, Ubud 80571, Indonesia. You can download the Uber or Grabtaxi app to hail a taxi at a lower rate than regular taxis. We can also help you arrange a private taxi to transport you to and from the airport.

How do cancellations and refunds work?
Guests can only modify their reservation at the time of check-in. After you check-in, you cannot receive a refund on your reservation or modify it. Please note that refunds are processed at the time of a guest’s check-out (and not when they notify our staff of the adjustment).
What is the reservation extension policy?
It is advised that you make short-term daily reservations at least 24 hours in advance, as our rates increase significantly if you attempt to make a reservation for the same day.
What if I want a private room?
Yes we have private rooms.
Are there kitchen facilities?
There is a shared kitchen for all our guests. Pots, pans, cookware, etc are provided.
How can we get to the Batur volcano?
We can help you book the volcano trekking service at a low rate.
Is there a hospital or clinic around here?
Yes, there are multiple clinics in Ubud a few minutes away from the villa. If you need assistance in choosing one and arranging transportation, our staff will be happy to help.
How can we get to Gili?
We can help you to book tickets. Please see a receptionist.
Where should we do our laundry?
